If i could give this company 0 stars I would. Ordered Sunglasses from Sunglass Garage on Nov 9th. When I ordered the sunglasses it said that it could take 2 - 6 weeks for the sunglasses to arrive. On December 20th (after waiting the allotted time) I started to contact the seller to see about my order. I contacted Ted by the text number on the website, the email address on the website, I called the "customer service" number each route was tried multiple times, with NO reply. On January 3rd, (after filing a complaint with the BBB, I received an email stating that my order was on pre-order and that it would take another 2 - 6 weeks for them to arrive. After reciving this email I went online to see if I could buy these sunglasses from another company. EVERY OTHER COMPANY SAID THESE SUNGLASSES WERE NO LONGER MADE AND THEY WERE ALL OUT OF STOCK. I inquired to Ted about this, and much to my surprise I received an email almost immediately. He stated "We source hard to find frames directly from the manufacturers. Some of these will ship from the factories over seas hence the reason it can take some time. We always update our customers as the ship date gets closer. Just because a frame is no longer available at retail does not mean we are not able to get them. We have hundreds of satisfied customers that use this program and service". If the manufactures no longer sell these frames to other companies why would they sell them to one company in Arizona. This was all to suspect for me. So I decided to cancel my order. After sending my email to Ted to request cancellation, it again was done almost immediately, when thanking him for doing this I asked him about the refund I should receive as the company charged my credit card on the day i ordered. He said that it was most likely an authorization hold and it should come off within 1 - 2 days. My credit card statement showed that it was indeed a full transaction and now 6 days later I still have no refund. I have emailed Ted EVERY day about this refund, and again SURPRISE SURPRISE I have not received a response from him again. This is stealing. I am VERY unhappy and will be filing another complaint with the BBB and will be placing this review on EVERY site I can to stop people from losing their money as well.

I placed an order on 4/17/19 for 2 pair of sunglasses. I only received 1 pair. I contacted Sunglass Garage on several occasions to resolve the issue by email and text message. I waited for 3 months for the ordered to be filled and it was not. After 5 months I asked for a refund and was told it would be issued, but it was not. I reached out at six months and have heard nothing. I wish I had never placed an order with this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM SUNGLASS GARAGE.

Do Not Order from Sunglass Garage!!

order sunglasses on Sept 25 email saying they were on pre-order charged credit card Feb 5 No sunglasses ever showed up. They don't pick up their phone, return texts or emails, despite numerous attempts on all fronts.

I placed an order in March 2018. Never heard anything from them until I received 1 item from my order in the mail in late February 2019. Great, but my credit card was charged for my full order. I emailed their customer service and didn't hear back from them for days. When I finally did they told me to expect my other 2 items soon. Here we are April 2019 and still nothing. I emailed them to cancel the order and request my refund. Again, no response for days until I get an "order cancelled" email from them but no refund. I emailed them again requesting my refund and still haven't gotten a response or my refund.

Keep on calling and emailing. Havent received anyword on my order. My Order # is 106948. I place the order on July25 2018. How much longer do i have to wait? I keep checking back to see if there is a tracking number. There isn’t. I call the number and I also text the company.No response to either. I then get really suspicious and look up reviews. Sure enough, other people have had the same experience. This is not a reputable company. Sunglass garage took my money but never sent the merchandise. Total SCAM!!!!! I have the same story as all the other reviews. Ordered sunglasses 2 weeks ago. A week later I get an email saying the order is processing. I keep checking back to see if there is a tracking number. There isn’t. I call the number and I also text the company. No response to either. I then get really suspicious and look up reviews. Sure enough, other people have had the same experience. This is not a reputable company. I have filed a claim with my credit card. Sunglass garage took my money but never sent the merchandise. Total SCAM!!!!!

I was refunded half back since they couldn't find the sunglasses I ordered.

Ordered my coach glasses and said was $175 ish charged an extra $40, then payed $15 for customs. They were the wrong glasses and Dave wanted me to send back paying more fee's, couldn't figure anything out like what I had and what I ordered! Despite every detail imagined! I told him to send me a box with return shipping because my receipt is right and they need to fix their mistake. Dave will not reply or fix what they did. Im so mad and disappointed and will not order again. These were very special to me, first mothers day gift and the reason i ordered! Definitely tell everyone I know to avoid sunglass garage. Waste of time and money.

Similarly to the other two complaints. This is NOT a real company! They take your money, pretend to be sending you sunglasses, and then you never receive, and never receive a response from them. They even sent a fake tracking number with my shipping confirmation. This all looks very real! I tried emailing, calling, texting, and Facebook messaging, but I never heard back. This is just some person with a cellphone, with a great FAKE site. I have had to file a claim with my card company to try to get my money back. Do NOT buy anything from this company. It is a fake and a ripoff and I do not want anyone else to get fooled like I did. Please believe me.

On a separate note it is never our intent to take someones money. Sounds most likely that you ordered a wait listed item. We do not take your money until it ships. If you used a Debit Card the Bank holds the funds not us.

Or if an item was lost we will work with the carrier to find it.
